I recently discovered an amazing meditation practice called yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is described as a state of consciousness between being awake and asleep aka that amazing feeling when you’re just drifting off. It’s really relaxing and leaves me feeling super calm and peaceful. I’ve been practicing a couple days a week for a few months and honestly I feel like a new person. I also like that you can lay down during this meditation as I find sitting while meditating not relaxing.
